Terms of Service

CalendarCalls ("the Service") connects to your Google Calendar and reminds you about upcoming meetings through Slack messages and, if you do not react in time, an automated phone call. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You need a Google account to sign in and a Slack workspace to receive reminders. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your phone number and the email used for Slack lookup, and for all activity that happens under your account.

You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your country, and you may only connect calendars, Slack workspaces, and phone numbers that you are authorised to use.

Reminders are delivered on a best-effort basis. Delivery depends on third-party systems outside our control, including Google Calendar, Slack, and our telephony provider, as well as your own device, network, and notification settings.

The Service is a convenience, not a guarantee. We do not promise that every reminder or call will be delivered, delivered on time, or answered, and we are not responsible for meetings you miss or arrive late to.

By saving a phone number you consent to receiving automated voice calls from the Service for the meetings you have configured. You can stop these at any time by removing your phone number, pausing notifications, or deleting your account. Standard carrier charges may apply on your side.

You agree not to:

• use the Service to call or message anyone who has not consented to it;
• attempt to access other users' data, accounts, or calendars;
• interfere with, overload, reverse engineer, or probe the Service or its infrastructure;
• use the Service for unlawful, harassing, or deceptive purposes;
• resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written permission.

The Service integrates with Google, Slack, and a telephony provider. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, changes to their APIs, or their handling of your data.

The Service is currently free to use. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we will notify you before any charge applies to your account, and you may stop using the Service at any time.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including during maintenance or to address security issues. We will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes but cannot always do so.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes your stored settings, tokens, and reminder history. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other users.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, missed meetings, or lost opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
